Q: Why is my shirt taking so long to ship?
A: All shirt orders may take up to 3-4 weeks to ship. We have no control over this as that is the limits set by our shirt vendor.
Q: What percent off do the different roles (employee, team, public) get?
A: For the most part prices will differ depending on many variables including warehouse freight, current market value, transactional costs, and other related expenses.
Q: Why did the price change on XXXXX product?
A: Manufacturer costs change constantly and the store automatically adjusts so that the team does not take a loss.
We allow you to Backorder products that we don't currently have in stock.
Q: Will my order ship immediately, or will it wait on backordered item to come into stock?
A: All in-stock items on your order will ship immediately. Your backordered item will be shipped as soon as they arrive back in stock.
Q: What if I want my order held until the backordered item are in stock, and then shipped all together?
A: You can request this in the Order Comments section of your order while checking out, below the shipping options.
Q: How long will I have to wait for my backordered item?
A: If we don't have an item in stock, we can generally fill backorders in 3-5 business days, depending upon product availability. If you have questions regarding availability, contact sales@teamterribles.com
Q: If I backorder multiple items on a single order, when will the items ship?
A: Your backorder will be shipped out to you when ALL items that are on backorder come back into stock. If some of your items are back in stock, but some are still out of stock, you may request to have those items shipped...additional shipping costs may apply, however.
Q: How can I get employee pricing?
A: Currently employees (reps , moderators, editors) are put on a 90 day trial basis based on performance. Employee pricing will be given to those who have excelled in their respective positions.
Q: How can I get team pricing?
A: If you purchased a shirt and have submitted racing information when signing up to the team then you automatically get team pricing.
Q: What are your rules with respect to sponsor product pricing?
A: We will not under sell our sponsors as this benefits neither party. OPur sponsors make us who we are in the eyes of the racing community. You can expec to see any team discount be close to or exactly the same pricing you would get through our sponsor using the team discount code.
Q: I ordered my products, and have questions about shipping, how do I get details on shipping times, ETC?
A: All orders after being processed are sent to the Terribles RC hobby shop in Mesa, AZ to get shipping details you need to contact Vareck at the shop to find out the status of your order after Greg has processed it through the site. Terribles RC hobby shop phone number is 480-655-7777
Q: I am interested in taking on a larger role for the team, how can I become more involved?
